Shuffling

Hi all. There is a new section being made in class tenth "E". Well I'm there in my old section A. But i really want to be in E. I need a new starting with new people. It's class tenth and i really cannot study in the environment of section A. I need a fresh starting so that i can devote all my mind to studies. My second term in that section wan not very good. But my mom won't agree to that. God please help...
